www.spirituallifeinstitute.org - The Spiritual Life Institute is a rather formal name for what is a very homey group of men and women dedicated to living the contemplative life and sharing that life with others. "We are neither intellectuals nor saints, but just ordinary women and men whose particular calling is to make as wholehearted a response as possible to Christ's invitation to "come into the desert to pray." We have two monastic retreat centers, one in Crestone, Colorado, and one in County Sligo, Ireland."

www.mercy-center.org - Mercy Center opened in 1981 in what had been the novitiate for the Sisters of Mercy, Burlingame Region. From its beginning, Mercy Center attracted people who were seeking a deeper life with God, and the hospitality of the sisters on staff made Mercy Center a spiritual home for many in the Bay Area and beyond. Mercy Center is known worldwide for its pioneering work in spiritual direction, Taize prayer and East-West meditation.
